 Quality
Molding Incorporated (QMI), a Custom Injection Molder, is committed to
providing high quality products and services at a competitive price in the most cost
effective and efficient manner. Combined, we have over 50 years experience in the
Injection Molding Industry. QMI offers a wide range of services
including, but not limited to, part and tool design, prototype and production mold
sampling, high volume production runs, secondary operations and quality assurance.
 Presses ranging from 88 ton to 165
ton are available to ensure that quality standards are met. These machines all
include Statistical Processing Controls and are linked to the auxiliary equipment.
This ensures that if any problems arise which affect the quality of the parts produced,
they are identified as they occur and addressed immediately.
A complete
range of quality assurance services are available from in-process inspection work to first
article inspections report. Our in-house Quality Assurance System software package
allows for in-depth, detail monitoring and analysis of each product as it is produced.
Timely review of these results assures that all products meet tolerance
specifications.
